Yes, we understand that real estate is a major investment. We offer flexible installment structures (ranging from 3 to 12+ months) after an initial deposit. We also partner with leading primary mortgage institutions in Nigeria to help facilitate mortgage options for qualified buyers.
I live outside Nigeria. How can I safely buy a property or monitor development updates?
We have a dedicated Diaspora Desk to make remote investing seamless and secure. You can complete your entire transaction virtually—from 3D virtual tours and live video inspections to secure international wire transfers and digital documentation. We also send bi-weekly video progress reports so you can watch your investment grow from anywhere in the world.
What happens if there is a delay in the property delivery or handover date?
We pride ourselves on timely project delivery. Every contract of sale clearly outlines the projected completion and handover dates. In the rare event of unforeseen delays (such as extreme weather or supply chain disruptions), we maintain absolute transparency and communicate updates well in advance, backed by clear service-level agreements
Are there any hidden fees like developmental levies or documentation fees after purchase?
No, we do not believe in hidden costs. All applicable fees—including the purchase price, survey fees, documentation/legal fees, and developmental/service levies—are clearly itemized in your initial offer letter before you make your first payment. What you see is what you pay.
